Andover Hockey Club hosted a tournament for the under 8 and under 10 teams at John Hanson School.
Andover won most of their games, worked well in their teams and most of all, had a fun time.
In another match, U14 boys defeated Wimborne wayfarers 5-0.
The Andover boys went out strong from the first ball. There was some lovely skills on display from Josh and George, the latter of whom scored the first goal and set the tone for the rest of the game. There were some lovely touches in the D from Sam which led to another two goals. There was some excellent passing particularly from Oliver and Eddie in the defensive half and because of this Wimborne didn’t really have the chance to threaten at any point.
