THIRTEEN more garages are going under the hammer in Andover with a guide price of up to £22,000.

The lock up garages, on Pilgrims Way, are all freehold and vacant and are among 149 listed across southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s May auction.

A row of four garages is guided at £22,000, with three other lots guided at £17,000 each, with each lot comprising of three garages.

Audrey Smith, senior auction appraiser, said: “The garages are likely to be of interest to individuals for private use or investment to generate an income from local residents.

“Over our previous two auctions, 51 garages at Pilgrims Way were sold for a total of £299,000, reflecting demand.”

The auction ends on Wednesday, May, 1 with bidding live 48 hours before.
