AN ANDOVER man has been handed penalty points and fined hundreds of pounds after driving without due care and attention.

Craig McCulloch, of Altona Gardens, on Monday, March 27 drove a Tiguan in Batchelors Barn Road, Andover, without due care and attention.

During a hearing held at Aldershot Magistrates' Court Monday, November 20 the 52-year-old was sentenced for the offence after pleading guilty on Monday, October 23.

Magistrates handed McCulloch six penalty points and ordered a fine of £307 to be paid.

Court costs of £110 and a surcharge fee of £123 must also be paid.
