Sam Thompon has made a name for himself on TV having risen to fame on Made in Chelsea to now being revealed as one of the contestants on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here 2023.

Thompson was named among the likes of This Morning host Josie Gibson, Pop star Britney Spears' sister Jamie Lynn and First Dates' Fred Sirieix as the latest contestants to be taking on the popular ITV reality show I'm a Celebrity on Monday (November 13).

He rose to fame on Made in Chelsea back in 2013 before going on to feature in various other TV shows including Celebs Go Dating on E4, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins (2019) and Celebrity Big Brother (2017).

He now has his own podcast with good friend Pete Wicks called Staying Relevant and is a regular panellist on Love Island: Aftersun.

Thompson rose to fame on the reality TV series Made in Chelsea on E4.

He joined the show in its sixth season in 2013 as one of Jamie Laing‘s interns at Candy Kittens confectionary company. 

He continued to feature on the show on and off until 2021.

Who is Sam Thompson’s sister?

Sam Thompson is not the only famous face in the family. 

His older sister is Louise Thompson who also appeared on Made in Chelsea. 

Louise, 33, is engaged to personal trainer Ryan Libby, 33, and the pair have a son called Leo.

The pair have been engaged since 2018, but there the MailOnline speculated the pair married in secret recently. 

Sam and Louise's mum is Karen Thompson who is a property developer and interior designer according to Capital.

Who is Sam Thompson's girlfriend?

Thompson is currently dating former Love Island star Zara McDermott.

McDermott appeared on series four of the popular ITV dating show back in 2018 - the season that was won by Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham.

Since then she has gone on to make a name for herself as a TV personality starring in her own documentaries on the BBC including Zara McDermott: Revenge Porn and Zara McDermott: Uncovering Rape Culture.

She has also been a contestant in the 2023 series of Strictly Come Dancing but became the fifth contestant sent home recently.

Not only has Thompon made a name for himself on TV, but is also forging a path in the world of podcasts. 

He and "best friend" Pete Wicks have their own podcast called Staying Relevant, which comes out weekly. 

The podcast is described by the pair as their "weekly quest for fame".
