A SPECTACULAR festival of motoring will be held at a Test Valley museum again next year and an array of classic and supercars will be on show for motor enthusiasts to enjoy. 

The Wallop Wheels and Wings event 2024 will be bigger and better than ever with a huge array of classic and supercars/bikes to keep motor enthusiasts entertained and a wonderful Concours D ’Elegance showcasing some of the finest cars at the event.

The event takes place on Saturday, July 13, but people can book earlybird tickets from Friday, November 3, before ticket prices increase from Wednesday,  January 31.

Lucy Johnson, chief executive of the Army Flying Museum, said: “After the success of this year’s event and the fantastic feedback we received, we are excited to be launching our 2024 Wheels and Wings fundraiser. 

"The team here at the museum are already working hard to make sure that it's going to be a great day out for families and enthusiasts alike. We have a few surprises lined up for the day and a wide range of entertainment for all ages and we look forward to sharing more information over the coming months.”

The museum staff are thrilled to announce that Henry Cole, presenter of World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides, The Motorbike Show and Find it Fix It Flog It has confirmed that he will be flying into the event.

Henry added: “I’m more than excited to be part of the Army Flying Museum’s big fundraiser and will be flying into the event with my ex-Military Sioux Bell 47 helicopter. It will be an amazing day with all my favourite things: Bikes, classic cars and aircraft of all kinds. A day not to be missed! Save the date.”

If weather permits, visitors can pull up a deckchair and watch an array of fixed-wing and rotary aircraft taking to the skies or take a stroll on one of the guided walks and chat with the many pilots flying into the event.
