AN ANDOVER business is lending a helping hand to a school in the town by donating money from cupcakes sold throughout June.

Pupils from Icknield School’s Banjo Class recently paid a visit to The Travelling Cupcake, where owner Bev Botha pledged to create a special cupcake for the entire month.

For each one of the cupcakes sold a donation of 50p will be made to the school, benefitting young people with severe learning difficulties.

The generous initiative will help raise funds towards purchasing equipment that might otherwise be out of reach.

Bev said: "I am truly honoured to support Icknield School and its incredible students. Their determination and spirit inspire me every day. Creating these special cupcakes is a joy, knowing that each sale brings us closer to providing much-needed equipment. It's a privilege to be a part of this journey."
