ANDOVER residents are invited along to enjoy a tribute show to rock band Santana at The Lights.

Santana is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1966 by Mexican-born guitarist Carlos Santan. Their use of salsa and mambo-style percussion exposed a wide rock audience to traditional Latin American music

Oye Santana, will be heading to the theatre in Andover. They always bring energy, Latin flair and technical nouse to the stage. A re-creation of the music of Carlos Santana is one for residents to come along and enjoy.

With Smooth, Black Magic Woman, Maria Maria, Oye Como Va all included the audience will hear some of the greatest Latin American songs ever written, and this tribute brings their A-game to Andover every single time.

They have been playing together for a decade and are all about creating an atmosphere within a venue, that ensures everyone goes home with a great big smile on their faces.

The people of Andover and further afield have the opportunity to put a big smile on their faces on Friday, June 2.

There will be plenty of colourful shirts, plenty of party people and multilingual singing with top-notch Spanish and English vocalists complimenting Carlos Santana on stage.

Expect Bossa Novas, Smooth Latin ballads, Samba and Latin rock throughout from 7.30pm. With a blend of electric and Spanish guitars, accompanied by authentic percussion and keyboards.

This show will be on their 10th-anniversary tour, and the band will be celebrating ten years of playing together, why not join in with the celebrations with the band themselves in June.
