A MAN has indecently exposed himself to a teenage girl in Andover.

The incident took place sometime between 5.40pm and 6pm on March 21.

The victim, a 14-year-old girl, was walking along the path that leads from London Road to the bridge over the A3093, when she saw a man running in the field next to the path.

He left the field and joined the path. He then made a lewd comment to her before indecently exposing himself. The girl ran away and later reported this incident.
