Dene Court man fined over public order incident
A DENE Court man has been fined more than £100 following a public order incident in Andover.
Jake Timothy Collingwood Hughes admitted to causing another man harassment, alarm or distress after using threatening and abusive behaviour towards him during an incident in July.
The 25-year-old was fined a total of £120 when he appeared before magistrates in Basingstoke recently.
He was also ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.
