AN Andover man has been fined and ordered to pay more than £100 in costs for failing to given information in relation to benefits payments.
Eric Edwards, of Pilgrims Way, changed admitted that he "refused or neglected to furnish information" about his benefits payments in April lasts year when he appeared in Basingstoke Magistrates court recently.
The 32-year-old was fined £115 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 Crown Prosecution costs.
