A JUNCTION Road man has been given a suspended prison sentence after being found guilty of assault.
Elliott James Lee-Graham pleaded not guilty to assaulting another man by beating him during an incident in Butts Road, Alton in March.
The 18-year-old was found guilty of the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Basingstoke last week and was sentenced to 16 weeks in prison, suspended for two years.
Lee-Graham was also ordered to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work in the community and pay £50 Crown Prosecution costs.
