AN Andover man has pleaded guilty to theft and criminal damage at a hearing in Basingstoke magistrates' court on Bank Holiday Monday.
Steven Anthony Allen, of Kennet Court, admitted criminal damage to a shed window, to an unknown value, belonging to Aster Property Services in March.
The 25-year-old also admitted to stealing three tubs of SMA belonging to Co-op costing £27.97 on 20 May.
In addition, Allen indicated a guilty plea to contacting a person in breach of a restraining order and pleaded guilty to committting a further offence while under a suspended sentence.
North Hampshire magistrates' court imposed the suspended sentence in February of this year for two thefts from residential properties.
The defendant will reappear in Basingstoke magistrates' court in June.
