AN Andover home improvement company has picked up a prestigious regional award.
KJM Windows and Conservatories has scooped the 2014 Service Excellence Award at the Inspire Business Awards, which celebrates the successes of businesses across north Hampshire.
As previously reported by the Andover Advertiser, it comes after the firm beat off stiff competition from 7,000 other businesses to reach the final five in the G14 awards, which honour excellence in the glass and glazing industry.
KJM will discover if it has been successful in its bid for that award at a glitzy ceremony at London’s Hyde Park Hilton tonight.
It was also named among the ‘100 Club’ by independent home improvement installers’ organisation VEKA – an elite list of businesses that gain a 100 per cent customer satisfaction score.
Mark Pearce, owner and managing director of the KJM Group, said: “It’s been a very good year.
“We’re absolutely delighted to have had our commitment to customer service recognised by three different bodies, including the Inspire Business Awards here in Hampshire and nationally by the G14 Awards.
“To be awarded Network VEKA 100 Club status is also important because it’s founded on an independent survey of our customers and is a genuine reflection of their feedback – that means a lot to us.”
