DIRECTED by the Godfather of grunge folk, Wild Willy Barrett, this dynamic quartet are booked to make an arena performance at The Lights on Friday, 31 October.
For this tour they are introducing an “oo-la-la” connection as Parisian chanteuse Marie-Laure Hucher takes centre stage, while the musicians demonstrate their individual talents.
Already making waves in France, her stunning vocals effortlessly tackle everything from blues to bluegrass, with a hint of Piaf thrown in.
Innovative arrangements effortlessly performed on instruments including the guitar, cello, fiddle, banjo and uileann pipes.
All the elements come together for what promises to be a unique and unforgettable evening.
Tickets for Wild Willy Barrett’s French Connection are £10 in advance or £12 on the door.
