Housing refusal
PLANNERS at Test Valley Borough Council have rejected a housing application in Anna Valley for being cramped and leading to overdevelopment of the site.
The plan, at Beech Bungalow in Foundry Road, would also have been out of keeping with neighbouring properties and too close to adjoining properties which would lead to overlooking and disturbance – all of which are contrary to the policies in the borough local plan.
