A DOG show will be one of the star attractions at a fundraising fete taking place at Burghclere Down Community Centre on Saturday, 27 September.
Andover 11th Scout Group have organised a light-hearted celebration of man’s (and lady’s) best friend, and will look to find Andover’s most handsome dog, prettiest bitch, appealing eyes and waggiest tail.
The fete runs from 12pm through to 3pm with attractions including splat the rat, coconut shy, mousey, mousey, a golf game, Wheel of Fortune and wine to water to name but a few.
Other attractions include a tombola, a penalty shoot-out, a bouncy castle, a fire engine and a digger.
Refreshments will be available.
All proceeds from the event will be going to the Countess of Brecknock Hospice and the Andover 11th Scout Group.
